Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Delhi

On the very first day, our representative will receive you at the airport. He will hand over all the important files to you. You will then be taken to the prebooked hotel where you will have the time to relax after completing all the formalities. By evening, you will be taken to see the Sound and Light show at red Fort. You will also get to relive the old history of the country.

Day 2Delhi

On your second morning, post breakfast, we will set out on our way to Delhi tour. Beginning from Old Delhi, we will enjoy one rickshaw ride and visit the lanes of Chandni Chowk. You will have the freedom to shop. Next, we will see the Jama Masjid one of the massive mosques of India built by Shah Jahan. After that, we will visit the place of cremation of Mahatma Gandhi, Rajghat and Rashtrapati Bhawan too. We will go on to visit India Gate. We will also visit the Laxmi Narayan Temple built by Birla Family, the Lotus Shaped temple. We will also see Qutub Minar established by Qutub-ud-din Aibak and the tomb of Humayun. Stay back at hotel.

Day 3Delhi- Haridwar

The third day would mark the visit you Haridwar. We will drive 220kms from Delhi and check into the registered hotel. In the evening, we will attend the Ganga Aarti, which has been a old tradition in Haridwar. The old sages from Haridwar hold a huge bowl of fire and offer their prayers to Ganga, Shiva, Surya. The devotees further send out the diyas in order to respect their ancestors. You are sure to be mesmerised by the Ganga Aarti of Haridwar. Further, we will return to hotel.

Day 4Haridwar- Rishikesh

After breakfast, we will visit few of the holy places of Haridwar. We would then drive and visit the temple of Daksh Mahadev. The temple is also referred to as Shri Daksheshwar temple. The temple is dedicated to King Daksha, brought back to life by Lord Shiva. We would then proceed to Gorakhnath temple. We would also visit the temple of mother India, Bharat Mata temple accompanied by Mansa Devi temple. Next, moving to Rishikesh, we will see the temple of Lord Rama’s brother, Bharat. We will also visit the temple of Lord Vishnu and then the temple dedicated to youngest brother of Ram, Shatrughan. We wouldn’t miss out on the Lakshman Jhula, Rishikund and Raghunath temple. Pilgrims consider this place to be holy and take bath here. We would also see the Swarg ashram Gita Bhawan and Parmarth Niketan. Next, we will go to Sivananda Ashram Kailash which is the academy of meditation. Drive back to Haridwar and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5Haridwar- Nainital

After the breakfast, we will drive to Nainital about 235kms away. On arrival, we will move to the hotel and complete the formalities. In the evening, you will have the time to visit the famous mall road and enjoy some traditional shopping there.

Day 6Nainital

The sixth day would embark our journey to beautiful Nainital. We will begin by visiting the ancient Naina Devi Temple which is located to the north of Naini lake. The temple of Naina Devi is represented by two eyes. We would then take a ride along the Naini lake and we would climb the 800feet just to enjoy the snow Point. In the evening, we will visit the Nainital High Altitude zoo where we will see some great animals such as Palm Civet Cat, sambar deer, wolf, and many more. Next, we will visit the embarking temple of Lord Hanuman, Hanuman Garh situated at an altitude of 6401ft. After enjoying the beautiful sunset, we will return back to the hotel.

Day 7Nainital- Ranikhet

Post breakfast, we will set out to visit Ranikhet about 60kms away. We will begin by visiting Kumaon Regimental Museum, the place marking bravery of soldiers. We would also see the Kalika Mata temple and the historical village of dwarahat, located 38km away from Ranikhet. Other major attractions that we will get to see include the temples of Dhwaj, Mrityunjay, Maniyan, Badrinath and Kachri Devtas. We would also get to visit the place of Majkhali that is you can get to view the base of Himalayas. This place will also allow to have a view of Mount Trishul, and Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal. In the evening, you will get to visit the mall road and do some shopping.

Day 8 Nainital- Corbett

This day marks a treat for our nature lovers as we check into the Corbett area and check into the respective hotels. We will move to Corbett and enjoy the view to one of the largest wildlife reserve centers of India, Jim Corbett National Park. It boats a wide range of Flora and fauna. It works for the Project Tiger aimed at saving the tigers and covers about 500sq km region in foothills of Himalaya. The park has been made compatible for tigers and named after late Jim Corbett. In the evening, you can enjoy your leisure.

Day 9Corbett

Our morning will begin by enjoying the Elephant or Jeep safari within the park. Then we will return to hotel for breakfast. Post that we will go to Bijrani Area and look out for some tigers. We will equally enjoy the Flora and fauna of the region. After the visit, we will relax in the jungle resort and stay overnight.

Day 10Corbett- Dehradun- Mussoorie

If you want, you can enjoy an elephant safari. Post breakfast, we will move to Mussoorie. On our way, we will stop at the Durbar Shri Guru Ram Rai- the pilgrimage for Sikhs in Dehradun. On our way, we will also visit Tapkeshwar Temple and Sahastradhara, Malsi deer Park and Tapovan. It is said that Dronacharya had his ashram at Tapovan. By evening, we will reach Mussoorie and check into the pre booked hotel.

Day 11Mussoorie

On our 11th day, we will go sightseeing in Mussoorie. We will begin by visiting the beautiful falls at the height or 4500ft, Kempty falls. Then we will go to Company Baugh, and Gun Hill. The place is called so because in the colonial times a gun was placed on the hilltop and fired during midday to inform about time. We will also enjoy the view of Dun valley. Next we will visit the temple dedicated to Goddess Durga, Jwalaji temple. We will also visit the highest point of Mussoorie, Lal Tibba.

Day 12Mussoorie- Delhi

Post breakfast we will commence our drive to Delhi. We will reach by evening and check into one of the pre booked hotel. The evening is for leisure so you can choose to visit the great Khan market of Delhi and the epic Paranthe wali Gali. You can relish on the delicious street food of the city. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13Delhi (departure)

Post breakfast, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the airport after checkout. You will then board your flights to the respective countries.

We wanted to experience India’s culture very closely going to Rishikesh was and experiencing this unique culture in the world. We are really happy to do so. The roads to Rishikesh are quite tough as it’s a whole mountain area, but once we reached the feeling we got from the place was just amazing.
