Itinerary

Day 1Arrival (Delhi)

Welcome to India.
On your arrival at the Delhi airport, you will be picked up by one of our representatives. Our representative will hand over to you all the necessary documents and then take you to one of the registered hotels. You can take a break and freshen up in your hotel. On the first day, you may either choose to enjoy your personal time or roam around the places on your own.

Day 2Delhi

On your second day, after the breakfast you can set out to explore Delhi with us. Beginning from Old Delhi, you will get to see Red Fort and Jama Masjid. Also, make sure you enjoy some of the famous delicacies of the Delhi streets. Do not forget to shop some pretty good things at a cheap price from Chandni Chowk and Meena Bazaar. By the afternoon, you will be taken to see Qutub Minar and Parliament House. Next, we will proceed to the Lotus temple and Akshardham temple where you enjoy the sanctity and peace. This gives you a glimpse of the tradition and culture existent around Delhi.

Day 3Delhi - Udaipur

Since it’s a road trip, you will set out for Udaipur after breakfast. On arrival to Udaipur, you will need to check in to one of the registered hotels. After registration, you can set out on the sightseeing with our representatives. You will be taken to City Palace, and Kumbhalgarh Fort. Next, you will be headed to Jagdish temple and Shri Mansapurna Karni Mata temple. After this, you can enjoy your evenings by the Lake Pichola. Also, you can go out to the streets buying souvenirs for yourself. This will give you a chance to interact with the locals and maybe a better chance to learn about their culture.

Day 4Udaipur - Jaipur

Post breakfast, embark on your journey to Jaipur via flight. On arrival at Jaipur, you will be taken to one of the registered hotels where you need to complete all the formalities. In the evening, you can check the markets of Jaipur and get some traditional souvenirs from the place. Also, make sure to have some traditional Rajasthani food.

Day 5Jaipur

On the fifth day, after breakfast, you will be taken to a sightseeing tour around Jaipur. We will begin by visiting the Hawaiian Mahal and then move to Amber Fort on the hills. You can enjoy a great elephant ride in the Amber Fort. You can go through the history of Amber Fort around the places. Also, check out the Palace of Mirrors or Sheesh Mahal. Next, you will be taken to Jantar Mantar followed by Birla Mandir. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6Agra

Post breakfast, you will be taken to witness the ethereal beauty of Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is declared as the World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is the finest example of Islamic art in India. Also, the monument made of marble is regarded to be the emblem of lover. After this, you will visit Agra Fort built by Akbar. Also, you will get the chance to visit, Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah and the Palace of Birbal.

Day 7Agra - Varanasi

Post breakfast, you will be taken to airport from where you will board a flight to Varanasi. On arrival, our representative will receive you and take you the hotel. Complete all the formalities and take rest for a while. Next, you will taken on a ride to Sarnath, the place where Gautama Buddha taught Dharma and the place where Buddhist Sangha began. Then, you will be taken to other monasteries of Sarnath. Return to Varanasi and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 Varanasi

In the morning, set out on the tour to explore the Ganges river in Varanasi. You will get to experience the sunrise on your boat ride. We will take you along the ghats of Varanasi. There are several ghats in Varanasi and you will be taken to Dashashwamedh Ghat. You can visit the different temples and shrines in he Ghat. Also, you will be taken to the nearby Ghats where you will get to see more temples and shrines. Next you will be taken to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After completing your tour of the City of Temples, our representative will drop you till the airport. You will board a flight and fly back to Delhi. On arrival, check in to the registered hotel and stay overnight.

Day 9Departure (Delhi)

Post the buffet breakfast, our representative will drop you to the Delhi airport. Thus, you can board the flight to the respective countries.

Couple Traveller

It was a fantastic trip organized to understand the culture of India from depth. The culture of Indian’s is pretty unique and when you will travel north India with well organized trip you will experience something which you have never experience in any country. I m glad to find Plan India Visit online and chosen to go with them to plan our trip. Thanks a lot guys, next trip will be travelling to south with you guys ?
